Get started with Ration
Ration installs from your browser like a real app: its own icon, full screen, and it works offline. No account to create.
On iPhone
- Open app.rationlife.com in Safari.
- Tap the Share button at the bottom of the screen.
- Choose “Add to Home Screen”, then “Add”.
- Open Ration from its new icon.
On Android
- Open app.rationlife.com in Chrome.
- Tap the menu at the top right.
- Choose “Install app”.
- Open Ration from its new icon.
On a computer
- Open app.rationlife.com in your browser.
- Click the install icon in the address bar.
- Ration opens in its own window.
Your first minutes
- Choose your goal: the app calculates your calories and macros.
- Log your first meal by describing it to RationFood AI.
- Start today’s workout, or ask RationSport AI for a programme.
- Personalise your home screen: drag, resize, remove widgets.
Your data, kept safe
Everything is saved on your phone. To never lose anything, keep a copy: a file, encrypted if you add a passphrase, or sync with your own Google Drive.

Seven languages
French, English, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese and Romanian, everywhere in the app. It follows your phone’s language and can be changed in Settings.
